Of course it's possible. You build your own app that connects and 'browses' the internet. Like a browser with no chrome.

Is it possible to make the browser window on a website transparent so the user can see their desktop?
And secondly, have imagery like a transparent PNG within the frame that's clickable?
can't find an example....
