Excel formulas on webpage

Is there a way to have a webpage with forms that uses Excel like formulas?
I would like to create a website where people fill certain fields and it would all sums up a result.
The formulas I would use are : +, / , * , SUM, =
I guess Javascript would do this, but is there HTML code that can do it?

You can't do math operations with just html. Use vaxorcist's example.

you jut fill the expenses with a name and an amount weekly, monthly or yearly and the rest filled up automatically. I've done it in Excell and its a great tool
