Can you do a 'pushdown in double-click'?
My response was 'absolutely'
{Phone down}
What the fuck does that mean!?!?!

Its an expandable banner that automatically pushes down the (HTML) page content to expand the Flash banner, then when the ad collapses (or after a specific amount of time, typically 3 or 8 second auto-collapse), it retracts the page content back up.
The initial ad usually consist of a pencil ad (a thin and wide horizontal banner, i.e. 960x30) which then expands to something much larger, like 960x470 or 250 pixels high).

Doubleclick is the publisher, you need to build the banner to their specific pushdown specs. I have not done this in a while, they used to provide the template FLA files for DL at above link. Good documentation, just pay attention to the details.

↑ Expanding... not exactly the same as a pushdown but built the same in Flash, the pushdown portion gets added in DC Studio (Regular expandable 'overlaps' page content for the expanded state, whereas a pushdown pushes down the page content for the expanded state).
Here's the pushdown doc>
