Sticker Sheet Printing

I googled a little bit and noticed nearly everything out there is geared toward die cut, high-quantity printing.
I just want to have about 5 high-quality easy-remove sticker sheets at about 12"x9", but everything I'm finding is over ~$250!
If it matters, the sheet is comprised of several irregular shaped/sized decals - so figured it'd be cheaper to extract them with an exacto knife than have all the shapes cut.
Cheapest so far at $241.

Silkscreen or digital?
- no idea. brand new to this.SteveJobs
- Silkscreen is better, but you pay per color. Digital is cheaper.********

Laser-cutting them might be an option, although the market for easy-peel stickers is loaded with vinyl stickers, which are a no-go for laser-cutting.
Try contacting your local firm and see if they have an options?
- Which is to say, I laser-cut stickers, but just plain paper ones. Need to find some material alternatives..detritus

I'd just print and cut them myself at the fuckin' DIY factory.
