Image sizes are limited to what a camera can capture, so at most you'll get 20MB or so. After that it's just post-processing to get the image larger. And if you want it printed that size, you probably shouldn't expect the whole thing to be 300dpi or anything near it.

I would check out www.gallerystock.com plenty of photographers that shoot Digital medium format and/or large format that could potentially fulfill your needs.
Good luck

I suggested to them that they need to hire someone to take the 'panorama' as separate shots and I would seam them together. They weren't having that as a response :)

you'll want some gigapixel images ...don't know if they sell stock ... but I'm sure there are companies that do this. Here's one:

image sizes are not per se limited because you can combine multiple shots into extremely large images. however i don't think that there are stock photography sites dedicated to that kind of stuff because the use case is so rare.
you could go to http://gigapan.com/ , browse their reference galleries/users and if you find a shot that suits your needs contact the photogs if the shot is nearly hi-res enough for your needs (doubtful) and what that shot would cost you.
another thing, 84"x485" output is completely crazy. it sounds like someone doesn't understand a number of technical limitations. if the client insists on going that route he will have to pony up a world record budget that fits the bill, not only for production of the image asset, also handling them.
good luck.
