this may sound like a stupid question, but you know how some people say dub dub dub for www is there a shortened way of saying HTTP:// Or just http. I heard someone say something the other day and I didn't know what it meant and I think maybe that they were shortening that and I don't even know what they said but maybe if I heard it again I would understand. I tried googling a few different things tonight I didn't come up with anything. I know this sounds like the dumbest question ever.

just throw up before you say the website name

the acronym http stands for hyper text transfer protocol, so it is already an abbreviation...

If you need either the http or www to get to the site or communicate that it is a site, the site is not worth going to.
