I know this topic has been done to death here, but the other threads were a little lacking in current into.
I'm interested to know who here has been involved in the last year or so with printing t-shirts, or who just generally knows terminology or details about how specific shirts are printed - what I'd look for from a vendor, benefits of bulk purchasing vs on demand printing. I ESPECIALLY would like to know what some of the sites are that offer either option with good quality shirts.
Interested in up to three colors, but looking for printing quality where the print feels like part of the fabric. I'm sure you've seen shirts where a photo is almost part of the fabric - full color, doesn't feel like a print directly on top of the fabric, but more a part of the fabric.
Threadless used to have a really nice guide that kind of covered printing options. Might steer me in the right direction if I could find it.

I don't think you can get silk screened tees on demand due to set up.
