Squish quicktime in half?

  What's the easiest way to take a .mov file and make it twice the speed and save it that way? ex. 40s movie -> 20s.

  easiest for a vid dude, AE or Prem (like fadein said)
  but if your not a vid dude, if you just want to do a quick frame rate change you can use quicktime pro 7, but to change the actual duration, I dont think quicktime pro does that but iMovie should. (if you on a mac)
