Thanks for the suggestions so far. Any more...?
I think hootsuite looks like the best option so far, i.e. a central place to check for updates.

I use https://hootsuite.com/ and have it connected to all my profiles. I also use it to schedule posts in advance.

I use IFTTT and route incoming social stuff through to my email.
I manage all my incoming mail from different websites with a service I helped create, https://leemail.me.
I actually route all my IFTTT mail recipes through leemail so I can have really simple control of which services I get notified from.
I have a section of my email which is just a feed of all the stuff from Twitter/LinkedIn, and loads of newsletters etc.

Can you qbn'ers recommend what is the best way to check my social feeds in one centralized place please?
I follow several artists/companies/blogs/tweets etc but would *prefer* not to have to register for each service and login to each site to check updates or receive multiple email updates (hopefully). So what do you people use...?
— Mac App (delivery to your desktop)
— Service like ifttt.com (setup bespoke recipe for delivery)
— Website or other serviceSocial updates coming from: instagram, twitter and Tumblr.
I previously used Mac Mail RSS to bring in tweet updates. Instagram+Tumblr checked occasionally via bookmark browser (not great).
