Do you guys ever send out questionnaires to new clients (or old) after finishing up a job?
I am drafting up something and could share it here when it's complete.
Would like to know where I could improve, and "serve" them better as a designer, especially if there's a continued theme in response.

I do not. I'm the perfect freelancer.
I'm like manly web designing and developing Mary mother fucking poppins.
Clients send me questionnaires on how they could be better clients.

No. Why would you care? They're going to say "faster, cheaper" or give some retarded feedback like "we really wanted you to give us a status report every day, not every other week."
Do I ask my girlfriend if I have king kong junk? No. Her tears of pain and pleasure are feedback enough.

Once worked at a small agency who sent out a questionnaire thing - though it was about their services, what they actually offer, and if the client knew this etc... Actually ended up giving them a lot more work. You'd be surprised how many clients don't know you also have resources to do motion graphics, or print, or web, e-commerce etc.

Isn't that kind of annoying? It's like those things at restaurants that you can win a free meal if you fill them out online.
- you go to those kinds of restaurants?monospaced
