Server side video effects.
Is this possible?As example:
- User uploads video
- Server adds effect to video (e.g Cine Cam effect)
- User is presented with final effected video that could be downloaded or shared etcIf anyone has links to info about this kind of thing it'd be mucho appreciatedo.

Yup. You need to automate it in after effects, then export to server.

It would need to run on a website automatically when user uploads video then server adds the effects then renders a new video and presents it to the user.
No one is at the other end making all these videos. So far ....
Found this
http://www.xuggle.com/xugglerThis has little or no effects

you could eventually try some html5 canvas video magic nowadays...i.e. video is uploaded and the desired effect is only rendered in browser clientside.

Ooooh Chossy, come here and let me give you a biiiig kiss!
Can this add effects to video?
Just wanted to find out if this kind of thing was possible as it's an idea a colleague is running past a client. If it's a goer then i'll give you a shout.

My girl has an app on her android that does exactly that, is basically instagram, but for video. I don't remember the name at the moment, but I can find out by tomorrow.

Also yes you read it correctly we have our own product, but it is exclusively for school children and the like to use I think but I will find out who can all use it and get back to you.

Cheers Chossy.
I've emailed the Stupeflix to see if what I want is possible from their API as our guys might be able to do it. Would still be interested if yours was able to be used/tweaked to suit too.
It's for a pretty decent client btw.
