I am trying to open a vimeo video into the fullscreen player on iphone from an href. Has anyone done this? possible?

i can tell you one thing, i have a lumia 710 and windows 7.8 and video scrubbing is non-existent. how can this be? i can't forward my way to a point i have to watch it front to back. crazy.
