I have a SICK collection of Jordan shiznit... Stuff very few people have... I'm posting the "ultimate collection" and will be building this board over the next month or so, just started an hour ago... I have about 1,000+ images, but only posting the more rare items and hi-res quality pics, etc. Things like the original sketches from the AJ1 and AJ3, rare rookie photos, etc... etc... Love to make this a collaborative effort :)

Lebron and Kobe are great and all and MJ did play in a less than stellar watered down league back than, but SHIT man... You aren't kidding... I was lucky enough to grow up in the generation and just like you my love of the game kinda died after he left... AMEN brother. Alot of people feel that way...

Nike had me drinking the kool-aid back than too... Grew up dirt poor and was one of those kids that had to have the new jordans... Might be on welfare but had nice shoes... sad, but true...

I traded a dude a Slaughter CD and a Stereo Receiver for some used Jordans back in the early 90's. They had scuff marks on them but I used that Whitening shit to clean them up. Man, the days...

I don't have any, I killed a hobo for shoes type stories, but I had the crazy ugly olympic jordans, the first ones I bought with my own money, proud day. I almost got beat up for them, but I cherished my MJ's, one of the few materialistic type things I can recalll caring about owning as a kid. I think the whole space jam, looney tune campaign was going on... Those shoes are damn ugly when I look at them now and that space jam work is pretty damn silly.
I gotta find the image, but did you know Jordan used to call himself Michael "Magic" Jordan? He wrote that on his UNC college registration card... ha...
