PS CS6 Custom Keyboard shorts

  Hi, recently at work we've updated our adobe master collection to cs6. So far so good.
  My issue is when i try to change some keyboard shortcuts on Ps, it works fine until i restart the Ps.
  (Ps 64 bits, non english keyboard.)

  What am i doing wrong? Anyone experiencing something similar?
