I'm heading up to Montreal for the weekend. It's been years since I've been and can't remember much of it.
Any recommendations on good food joints (besides schwartzs), bars, etc.
I was just there last weekend.
I'm not usually into strip clubs, but Kamasutra just off St Laurent is one of the realist places ever, for real.
Two broads eating each other is sooo much better on your lap, then watching it on the internet.
Haha. Will have to check that place out
If you have cash.... Au Pied du Cochon is amazing, also Garde Manger in Old Montreal is fantastic.
For beer... Dieu du Ciel on Laurier is probably the best brew bar in the city. Usually about 15-20 beers on tap (including usually one cask) all brewed in house.
the original sin city, like Las Vegas but without all the fakeness, kitch and douchebags.
Also Kazu on St. Catherines for good Japanese. Hole in the wall always a lineup. Izakaya style.
If you are a foodie.... Hit Marché Jean Talon or Atwater.
Also the Spanish/Portuguese restaurant La Sala Rosa is great for tapas, etc., and usually has a good atmosphere.
Also, MOAR!!! ;)
also you can watch a real hocket team.
