A10 Envelope question

  Nonprofit client is using an A10 envelope to send a letter to donors. They want a graphic and text on the envelope's left side under the return address.

  I'm not sure how far I can go over to the right before it becomes and issue with the automated bulk mail addressing

  anyone?
