Does anyone know where I can get one, we've got a promo for a movie coming out and we need the layouts for it.

We need something that can be output in pdf and ai to a supplier and client?
Super tricky, Im just speaking with XBOX now but its taking to long.

There are 2 models of it, just so you know (the ones selling now are a new case design).

honestly using the screenshots from above + giving you the perfect excuse to have one to test your designs out, you could pick one up and measure/test. or if you're cheap, head to the local used mom&pop video game store and buy a nasty used one for like $50.
microsoft provides pdf manuals with vectors aplenty but you will only get the front dead on and angled shots for the console, i just checked.
