Just updated to CS6 from CS4.
When I drag images from bridge to Indesign it doesn't just drop them in like cs4 did, I now have to place them and link them - swapping from bridge to indesign for each image placed. Is there a way to make it just drop them where ever I let go, then when I've dropped them all I can then go into indesign and re align them all, rather than each individually, having to swap programs with each image.
Know what I mean?

I can easily place multiple images from bridge to ID by dragging them. Or I don't understand what you're after, it's a little confusing...

i never understood what the point of bridge is - seems like more adobe bloatware to me.
- < agreed. just drag from finder into IDadded_valium
- +1. I never use it. Clunky bloated FinderESKEMA

yes I like it too, lots of ways of marking images quickly.
Well I can't just drag in now, I have to drag then place the curser and click.

Start drawing an image box, and before you unclick and commit, use the arrow keys to turn it into a grid (about the amount of images you want to import), and let go. Select all the images you want, and click OK. Arrange away.
Or, just use the Place command, select a bunch of images, and click randomly. It's not as "elegant" as dragging from the Finder (I actually can't believe you do that, btw), but either method is quicker than this Bridge junk.
