Graphic Design/Creative Jobs in Germany

This Spring I moved to Germany with my wife (who is originally from Germany). I am currently based in the Düsseldorf area and I am looking for a creative position or graphic design position.
My main interests lie in Advertising and Television/Commercial Production.
I was wondering if anyone can provide some insight on the best places to look for jobs of this nature? Or if anyone know of agents that represent artists in Germany?
In NYC I had a couple agencies representing my work, which came in handy.
**Notes: I would consider Köln or Bonn as well.
Also I have taken three German classes and am signing up for my next. So I do have an understanding of the language.Any idea, info, or advice would be greatly appreciated!
