You've not made any effort to design that for 1280px width, have you? I presume that means it breaks even more on mobile media.
I don't see that the inclusion of personal artworks adds anything.
If you're 'inspiring greatness' in design, you ight want to check how well the letters in your statement is tracked before getting ahead of yourself.
Adding lots of otherpeople's logos to your homepage, inlcuding social networking icons, doesn't legitimise things if you push it too far - by the tie I've got to the beancounter at base, I'm finding it all faintly ridiculous. Less is more.
In fact.. less is more.
Cull the crap, then push your good stuff up front.

Scrap the big photo of yourself on the home page. I would include an about section, there you can have a photo of your self.
Having your own Skilla logo in the portfolio makes you look like you don't have much work. The Inspiring Greatness is a bit over the top.
Make the site more about your work than you.
Perhaps look at some other sites for inspiration:
