sweden, 25 days off with pay, negotiate for more, 1 year paternity leave for divided for man or woman, about 70% of wage payed by government. 1 sick day without pay the rest 80% of wage for a couple of months. Holidays a.k.a "röda dagar" are also with pay and is not deducted from your 25d vacation. but norwegians are the worst, rumour has it that they dont pay tax in december and they get double the wage, paternity leave is also 100% payed (correct me if im wrong)
