CSS training suggestions?

Can anybody recommend a decent short course in London for advanced CSS or CSS3? It's for a web developer friend, I don't know of anywhere to suggest.

Yeah I did mean advanced and in person, this is something her company is paying for and during working hours so I think she'd be wanting to get out of the office, but not want to sit through days of basic lessons.
Anyhow, the above suggestions are all good for me as I'm learning myself too. I'll add this one to the mix, it starts from the absolute basics but is a good introduction: http://learncss.tutsplus.com/
