Mail invoice?

  I did some work for an agency recently and my contact gave me the mailing address when I asked about where to send an invoice.

  Does this mean that I send it in the mail? Or do I just put that address on it and email it to him?

  Best to invoice the person who "hired" you freelance at the agency, or ask them who to email the invoice to over at HR (or whatever department).

  Just ask them. I'm asked to mail about 5% of my invoices, usually by third party accounting companies, which are a pain.
