alumacore or alumapanel.
alumacore is 2 sheets of .040 aluminum sandwiching a plastic fluted sub straight - alumapanel is 2 sheets of .020 aluminum affixed to either side of a sheet of lexan.
most places have those in 4'x8' which is typical for a job site. i make a lot of those - a digital print, laminated with frame can last up to 2-3 years if it's not knocked around too much.

Working on branding for a remodel contractor who wants more high-class, durable, reusable jobsite signs than the usual corrugated cardboard crap.
Anyone know of good solutions that I can provide a design for?
