    I do.
    Our VP, CD, run our space like a start-up.
    We have very flexible hours, alot of freedom and time to do sketches, prototyping etc...the work is pushed for high creativity. There is value in the creativity here. We are building mobile and customer facing products. All in all I like it. But again it is nothing like having a key to a small boutique and going in at 2am cranking up some music and refining buttons.
