Did OP choose the worst one on purpose.
Nothing like having a resume you can't print out or update easily.

I had to look at resumes for a position on my team. I read each resume for about 1 minute each. Then I went straight to the portfolio.
Just keep it clean. When I see a crazy resume I think they are trying to make up for something in their portfolio.

If I got a resume like this from a designer I'd look for a second and move on. That said, if I got this from a programmer/developer I'd think "well, annoying as it is, at least they thought enough to try".
Most people just don't "think". All you have to do is "think" (as a designer) and you'll be fine.
There are TONS of good examples of simple, clear, AND nicely designed resumes out there. Remember, they are going to print this as cheaply as possible, or look at it online only (legibility being key in both).

To be fair, this isn't a site for designers, right?
If I had no design sense and ran a bar or real estate office and someone brought in one of these instead of a boring word document print out, I might be impressed.
- To be fair this is a site for designers.monospaced
- The examples on the site say "executive assistant" and "web marketing".freedom

I'd have so much more respect for anyone who sent their resume in a plain .txt file

Designers: if YOU cant get a job, why not make money ensuring that others can't either?

worst idea ever - if you can't write your own resume - you'll never get a job.

executionally, it's awful.
Brilliant idea to all the non-design folk out there who think of design as a tacked on wallpaper for their shitty house. (metaphorically speaking). It DOES, however, perpetuate the idea that all we do is take information and skin it. Ah, well, fuck it...- (meaning this guy will make a ton of money cashing in on people's narcissistic desires and misinformation)identity
