Post interview waiting?

I had an interview last Tuesday about a full time position.
It went well, I think, and I send a thank you note the next day.
After I applied online, it took three weeks for them to get back to me to schedule an interview, but I haven't heard from them since the interview.
Is there anything to do except hope and wait?

I've read that it is best to follow up within 7-10 days.

I applied for the job I have now in July 2011, and didn't receive an offer until November.

the time you're spending thinking about them getting back to you, you could be grabbing a beer with a friend (for balance, y'know), sketching, in making layers in photoshop ;)... lil 5 min. meditation every morning ...
they'll get in touch with you, if they have some sense. just hang out, sounds like you did everything you needed to.
the waiting is the worst i know.
keep looking for other jobs.
