Congratulations and best of luck.
The only advice I can offer is that, especially when starting up a small shop, those people you initially hire will have a huge effect upon your success/stress.
Take your time and recognize that hiring someone that isn't the right fit is a lot more expensive than not hiring someone at all.

As a piece of advice, pay a lot of attention to the 'boring stuff' - even I might suggest you to work with somebody who finds that entertaining.
Coordinating a studio is not an easy task - creative projects have monstrous deviations and relatively high risk as clients rarely know what he wants or how to phrase it.
Best of luck!

personality plays a huge part when hiring for a new small company.
you's are going to be working together for 8+ hours a day in a small office so you better make sure you's will get on.
