can anyone recommend a good plugin for mac mail, for the purpose of adding more sets of colored flags? something like http://www.tastyapps.com/flagit/… but compatible with Lion...

i'm deaf, all of my business communication is via email (usually over 200 inbound a day that are response worthy), so having more ways to separate important items via category is helpful.
