I don't recognize that string of commands as an option, but is this what you were suggesting I look at? iOS enabled.

run safari on ios in debug mode you have 4 errors all of which relate to the scaling of the viewport. resolve those and I am sure it will work

Try initial-scale=1.0

Also, I recognize that qbn isn't active on coding pointers, so advice as to where else I can troubleshoot this is appreciated.
