Client Feedback Apps

  I know there are a few apps out there that have client feedback on them. Two of them being:

  But I am looking for one that works with design files (PDF, JPG, PSD, etc) and video work? Does anyone know a timecode based platform that will handle design and video stuff? I think I saw it out there at one point.
