Hello everyone,
Just wanted to ask if you have examples of guerilla campaign that were launched between 2011/2012
couldn't find any good one
example: http://unhate.benetton.com/

Viral ads. Guerilla campaigns.
These are terms coined by advertising agencies so they can convince their clients to spend more money with them. C'mon, don't drink your OWN kool-aid.

it's VERY rare that when people try to do a 'viral' on purpose it works.
usually you can tell it's acted and then people get annoyed. But sometimes it worksI guess this was made for some movie
I have no idea what the movie is about but the video is awesome

sometimes it could be a really silly and insignificant thing, but the media blows it out of proportion so much to make it work.
MIA was asked to flip off the camera during a recent appearance at a sporting event, it happens so fast, and because YouTube compression algorithms playback at 24fps instead of 29, you probably won't see it, even if you rewind multiple times.
But records labels and news organizations gave the mundane stunt a very provocative title to stir up controversy, and it was very successful, both Madonna and MIA are dropping new albums, and super bowl 1/2 time acts attract attention of non sports fans

The Benetton ads would be described as provocative.
