I'm looking for a cabin or a small house to rent for a week in June. Any suggestions on somewhere nice to go on a short break, somewhere away from tourists with good food, wine, etc...

If you're into going to Ireland, I HIGHLY suggest going and staying somewhere on the west coast, maybe on the Dingle peninsula. I only say this because I was there for a day myself in May/June last week, and it was the most beautiful day I've spent anywhere in my life. Not many tourists (they all go to the Ring of Kerry) and Dingle is a nice little sort of bohemian town, good food, kind of artistic, and lots of beautiful scenery around.

The Basque Country. There is no place in the world with more Michelin stars per square meter. Arzak, Aduritz, Berasategi...and more

I've been told that your money can go a long way on the Portuguese coast.
