Kanye Omari West (born June 8, 1977) is an American rapper, singer, and record producer. West first rose to fame as a producer for his work on Jay-Z's album The Blueprint, as well as hit singles for musical artists including Alicia Keys, Ludacris, and Janet Jackson.
His five solo albums, all of which have gone platinum, have received numerous awards and critical acclaim. As of 2011, West has won a total of fourteen Grammy Awards.
He has sold over 25 million digital songs in the United States placing him second for solo male artists on the list and sixth overall for best selling digital artists.

The fact is, if he does this, it will probably be as polished as anything else he releases, so in the eyes of perspective clients, his resume is impeccable.
Plus add to the fact that he comes with his own fans (read: consumers) he has more to potentially offer than the traditional advertising firms.
We all know the big firms just sub out most the work anyway once the focus has been achieved internally.

my dislike of his huge ego instantly turns me off to everything he does, the fact that he is constantly stealing ideas from less popular artists and then gets all the credit for everything is also something I dislike.
I don't really know the guy, but chances are he will be doing great with this, just because of his name. Is like those beats by dre headphones you know? they are made of cheap plastic and they sound like $23 headphones but people pay hundreds for them.
