  Do you think the packaging design field will become more competive as more traditional print design jobs disappear because of digital media. (magazine, bookcovers, music albums, etc)

  I agree .. I think digital media has created a ton of jobs .. but in terms of people who want to stay in print design there are less options to choose from ... so it seems like packaging, pop, outdoor, environmental, etc will be much more competitive in the future
