Where do you purchase music for video projects.
So far the most broad library I have encountered

Is there a site that allows musicians to sell the rights to their tunes?

If you have a budget contact an actual music publisher or label. Or chase up artists on sound cloud, even get into a collaboration with them. Otherwise yeah - you're destined for cheese.
