When I use the forms in adobe acrobat.
It wont let me save the filled out forms.
Apparently you need to run it through Adobe LiveCycle - to make it save.Is there anyways around this bullshit?

Yes!
Once you finish creating the form fields, go to the Advanced menu and select "Extend features in Adobe Reader. Done!

Are you using Reader or Pro?

thanks monospace - the attitude on here is like working on a oil rig. You tell me how it is monospace, Tell me the truth.

oil rig? the truth?
You asked a question, I gave you the answer with a smile. I'm sorry your copy of Acrobat Pro doesn't have this feature, but it should. I'm using version 9.4.6 so I can't speak to your version 10. If the feature isn't under the Advanced menu it's surely somewhere else. Adobe wouldn't remove the capability, that I'm sure of.

In 10 it's:
File > Save As > Reader Extended PDF > Enable Additional Features.Acrobat X is absolute shite in the UI/UX department. Wish I never upgraded.
