I had an Indian guy working for a quick Wordpress site for me. He is FOUR WEEKS overdue, and is almost impossible to reach suddenly.
I have the Wordpress (WP-admin) login info, but I don't have FTP access.
What all do I need to grab in order to swipe the site? I've grabbed all of the files from the "Editor" area. Anything else? I want to get this passed off to someone else ASAP.

You can install 'DB plugin' if you have put in a lot of content already and you want to export the database. In the editor, make sure you grab the styles, the header.php, footer.php, individual archive etc--- hopefully all that is there. "Images"--- click around the design in your browser and grab all those. Then look at the 'plugins' area and see what if any you may need to go out and download again and install---same for Widgets if there are any special ones added. (easy)--- who is it? I am about to hire an overseas company to convert HTML to WP

I've exported the XML file from WP, grabbed everything from WP-Admin, and SiteSucked the bastard. Now it's time to put it all back together...

all you need to do really is grab the database and move it over

Still stuck on this issue. I've pulled down all of the PHP and CSS files from WP-Admin, and reinstalled all correct plug-ins on the new server, and export/imported content from the old to the new, but everything is still wonky.

Define "wonky". The XML file you should have been able to export and then re-import on a new install.

with the xml file, you will likely have to do a find/replace in a text editor to set the new server path if you didn't do that before exporting it out of dashboard.
- that's a given, which is a huge pain in the ass, if the media folder isn't in the same placepopfodders
