Selling on Amazon.com?

I sell some books and DVDs on Amazon every once in a while.
Recently, I sold a few old advance copies of books that had already been released (my GF works for a publishing house and gets tons of these). Apparently this is against Amazon policy. While I agree it was stupid to sell them, they BANNED me for life.
They said that if I signed up again, they would delete that account as well.
So just out of curiosity, what would allow me to sell again?
I could use my GF's credit card and name. Could I just change my IP? Would I have to switch ISP's?
Thanks for reading, hope someone knows.

Ban for life? Sounds a bit extreme

That's their policy unfortunately.

Hit them back for a new account through trial and error. Keep us posted on what works.

Switch your ISP and / or IP address. Fuck them!

Switch ISP? I'm not sure that's necessary.

New CC and e-mail for sure. Name probably doesn't matter.

How would I switch IP's, just get a new router?
I would think using my GF's credit card and name and a new IP, they would never figure it out.

Unplug the router for a day?

Might anyone else have any other advice? ISP / IP tips?
Thanks for the help thus far.

Iam banned for life from Paypal and from eBay at the same time...
It really suck. Really.
They banned me because I had a Paypal button on a website with COTD pics, lol? Paypal doesn't like COTD, at all.
