So I'm going to be using my mac at a festival with 100,000 people next weekend. It'll be locked etc... but just incase I was going to buy some anti-theft software. The one that takes a photo / tracks their position etc...
Any good ones that people have used?

someone posted a free open source one exactly like hidden or whatever it's called.
I can't remember the site name and I even signed up and installed the program and hid it on my macbook pro. hopefully someone will chime in and refresh my memory lol

if there is 100,000 people, they should have a perimeter with barricades surrounding the area where gear is going to be, if they don't have that at least, then I would be worrying more about either dust/ sand/ alcohol/drinks getting into your machine than someone actually stealing.
There's no security there? Also bring a PA or someone that can act as a relief if you have to live your station for some reason.
- There is a fence, but it's a family festival. Very unlikely anything is going to happen...Centigrade
- but I was just being extra cautious, instead of kicking myself if someone does nick it.Centigrade
- totally, you can never be too cautious!Miguex
