Caught off the Huntington Beach Pier on Monday
If it turns out to be a Great White, they will be fined and/or put in jail.

lol @ poor shark, the sentiment is almost as necessary as the coverage of the "epic quake" in Virginia likely caused by fracking. One poor shark compared to the thousands killed for food and by accident by industry.
the fact a game warden had let them go because of the similarities further illustrates how little this should matter. the decrying here i feel stems from personal judgement being passed on individuals in the video, not so much the entirety of the situation.
