So I guess all of my reading and tlking abut html5 has spread to my colleagues in the production company.
They released an HTML5 website.
This is their most commercial move yet as a production company.what do you think of the site? hot or not?
I say.. . meh.

Doesn't really seem like there was much thought put into this.
It has the same model as countless other sites these days with a logo/nav, large rotating image, followed by content below. Only in this case that content is one line of news which just appears to be slapped in place and, for some reason, a secondary navigation which serves nearly the same purpose as the main nav. There really isn't anything here or anything that captures my interest and makes me want to explore or learn more for that matter.

I dont get the site - why it is in html5 - I dont get the purpose of the site - why promote stuff that doesnt exist or hardly pieced together - I dont get why you would post this - indirectly promote the film but trying to be passive agressive in a coy way? -

What exactly is HTML5 about that site?
- ********0
I was hoping you could tell me.
- ukit0
It has an HTML5 doctype, that's about it. Doesn't even use semantic layout tags or anything.
- who gives a fuck about html5 semantic layout tags?********

this one does work better with mobile devices than the old one did.
- ukit0
True. But that's only because it doesn't use Flash.
