I'm on a side job today, have to create something I would normally use Illustrator for, but it's not on this laptop they have me on so I have to use Fireworks.
I have to create a ring of arrows to be used in Flash. I have the ring created in Fireworks to start from, which is the top image below I uploaded, and below it the thing I have to recreate, although blurry.
How do you create arrows 7 arrows like that which are all the same width, all fit together perfectly, etc.. in Fireworks? Any help would save me a lot of time.

360 / 7 = 51.428
Make a line. Copy/Paste. Rotate 51.428 degrees. Repeat until you get to 7. Then make the lines into a "pie", drag it to the center and you should have your 7 even sections. You can just make the arrow once and rotate by 51.428 for all the pieces

Ok, probably stupid question, how do you rotate something by specific degrees in Fireworks? Not too familiar with this program. Last time I used it was in 2002, lol.

Man this program is a pain in the ass. I have text attached to a circular path. How do I just rotate the path with the text on it? Whenever I select it and try to rotate, it just wants to rotate the text.
There is a text offset option but it is just not working the way I need.
