Is there an easy to setup and easy to use calendar app available for OS X which uses 'the cloud' to sync the calendars?
So, for example, colleagues here can broadcast and view each others up-to-date schedules in the office and when they are out of the office with an internet connection.
I know there is iCal, but I'm not sure you can sync it over the internet without a Google account, and for the luddites here I need to make it as easy and as quick as possible.
Thanks for your help.

Why not just use Google Calendar in the browser? Problem solved.

Well, that involves setting up Google accounts for the people involved. They have enough to worry about what with turning their computers on in the mornings as it is so I don't want to confuse them too much...

the most effective and inexpensive would be Gcalendar. just create their accounts, configure their iCals and of you go.
If you want sync you'll always have to create some account somewhere... so might as well be googles

OK, so it looks like it's only 10.6 versions of iCal that support the Google thing. Back to the drawing board... I might suggest they have conversations with each other instead of trying to use technology.

Google Calendar integrates with loads of other applications, no need to be stuck with iCal.
