word prog compatible with mac/ipad

  is there 1, like craposoft word, but for both the mac os and iPad.

  i need something i can edit files at home via my mac, but in the field edit the same doc via iPad.
  i need to be able to insert photos as well. ive been using it MS word for screen writing, but cant do crap on my ipad with it, ive been out with a pad of paper in the field.
