My client wants to begin sending personalized e-cards to customers. Anyone have any info on this (set-up, best tool to use.) Thanks.

there are others than CM, like Constant Contact
there's a free one called pommo, i've gotten it to work and quite well but it's not automated or as easy to use as the first 2 mentioned.

yes names mostly. was thinking it could be an add-on to my client's existing site. something that they can manage without me after the initial design and set up. will look into CM as I use it for e-newsletters, blasts, etc.
