Tell me about it. A few weeks ago I decided to buy a wireless headset from the Apple store.......

apple cables...
i had an iphone charger that ripped at the connection into the plug, they are so poorly made. i took it back to the store for a replacement and they said its user damage i argued with this moron for a while but no.
They wouldn't even replace a charger that is FUCKING poorly made which would cost them about 80 pence when i bought a £500 phone. great customer service.
