Lee is very well know on Flickr, not just for his work but also his sharking practices on women. I know first hand accounts that he's not what he seems. He's Flickr stream has changed somewhat over time but there is a reason for this. Some of his past work was processed by others when he wasn't so well known. Now that he has a regular following, he has abandoned their work.
I haven't looked at Lee's work in a while so was very surprised to see his promoted here. I give the guy credit for what he has done but like some have said above. His work is over processed, and his 'models' seem like a collection of victims.

I've seen a lot of this, and not all by him. As Set says, it's almost as if he perfected the lighting and a photoshop process, then brought in 50 people and pressed the shutter.
That being said, I'd love to know how to get such richness and depth to a photo, it is a beautful effect

He shoots with a Canon 85mm ƒ1.2 on a 5D Mark 2. Processing using a combo of photoshop and lightroom. He has access to elderly people because he has a family member in the same home for the elderly.
Consistency definitely ties in his Flickr stream but it hasn't always been the case.
