Hi. Want a job? If you're a jr. designer with some understanding/desire to also learn ux...and have an interest in software design, let me know.
I am looking for a jr. visual/ux designer who has experience with interactive and perhaps has some motion/flash skills for prototyping.
The job is for a software company you've likely heard of and is located in Cambridge, MA (not headquarters if that helps as a hint). Relocation available.

How does one learn UX? Moreover, how does one design UX?

^ what he said. Those skillsets arent found hand in hand in juniors at any effective level.

oy. cannonball...the goal isn't to find a master at visual and ux. It's to find someone who has some visual chops who has an interest in ux and software design...this is a position that someone would grow into. Ya'll are a tough audience.

bumpalish...I always tried that spiderman trick as a kid. This isn't web work, it's software design.
