Baseball Card Creation

I want to create baseball cards for an entire kickball league. I have jacked the upper deck design and things seem to be going well, just need to figure out the cheapest way to print these things. With each card at 3.5x2.5, I can fit 169 cards on one sheet of A0 paper. My question, do they even have the baseball card stock in A0 size? Can't really roll up paper that thick and everything I'm seeing online is in rolls. Any suggestions on cheap printing would be appreciated.

Don't copy Upper Deck. Do something much more hipster-ish since this is ADULTS PLAYING FUCKING KICKBALL.
Must admit though, it would be a thrill to kick a kickball again. That sound of foot hitting rubber is always awesome.

This is the one I did originally. The douche bags wanted upper deck.

All of those sites are expensive. Over $1 per card. Do they make A0 paper in baseball card stock?
- nolaandy0
Can get them for 24 cents a pop here

but thats at 100 copies per individual card and thats is too much. I want more like 10-20 copies per card. Planning on doing 100-200 individual cards per set.
No card stock A0 paper anywhere?????

nolaandy,
to answer your first question they make letter, tabloid, and up to large including white side for color printing stock, however not as available is the two white sided chipboard which your designs seem to call for. besides, you'll use an inkjet or laser printer.
considering the quality you'd receive from them compared to the quality you'll be able to produce yourself, it's silly to think you hacking together at the expense of your time and materials is going to be of comparable quality after the two products are compared and the time/money invested in each of them noted.
best bet for you...

these are stickers on chipboard but hey, who cares if they start to peel right? cheaper than $1 each
- Thanks for the idea. I will have to look into this!nolaandy

...up to larger sizes such as 40"x48" http://www.uline.com/BL_1852/Chi…

Woah, that looks promising. At a little over an eighth of an inch they may be too thick, unless I'm mistaken on the size.
- nolaandy0
OK I am mistaken on the size obviously. Definitely pursuing. Cheers!

Wouldn't by any chance know of a label printing company that will let me provide multiple images at entered quantity levels and still retain bulk pricing?

have you considered a custom quote from moo?

this all looks like a waste of time, energy, and money. mainly because the design is boring and completely uninteresting.
- ppl are suckers for cheesy though. i still wear ugly tees from events i've attended years ago.
bjladams - i have to hide them so the wife doesnt throw them out. i have no style.bjladams
- I like the second one better personally. I hated Upper deck. The one someone else posted was sweet and worth looking into.nolaandy
- yeah the second one is much nicer.CanHasQBN
